Pair Fonts Like A Pro
You might’ve noticed that we’ve added a handful of great new fonts to our online web application. Many of these fonts make great headline treatments when paired together. If you’re unsure how to properly pair fonts, here are three tips:
CONTRAST IS KEY
Steer clear of using two similar fonts together. Mix a serif font with a sans serif font, a script font with something clean and simple, a bold font with something finer.
LESS IS MORE
Sticking to two fonts on a page is your safest bet. If you must use a third font, use it sparingly.
LET ONE FONT SHINE
Fonts are like people: they each have their own personality, and if you put too many strong personalities in a room together, they’re bound to clash. Choose one bold or crazy font and let it shine by pairing it with a pared down, clean or classic style.
